T-Mobile Park: an accessible guide to every section

A seat map answers one question at a glance: where would I actually be sitting? This page answers the same question in words — for all 145 sections at T-Mobile Park. What the section number means, where it sits relative to home plate, how deep it is, where the entrance is, and which end of the row seat 1 is on.

How the ballpark is laid out

T-Mobile Park opened in 1999 and seats about 47,400. Four tiers: the Diamond Club at field level, the Main Level and Bleachers in the 100s, the Terrace Club 200s and the View Level 300s.

Section numbers increase from right field, up the first-base side, past home plate, down the third-base side and out to left field. Low numbers are the first-base and right-field side; high numbers are the third-base and left-field side.

The sections directly behind home plate are:

• Diamond Club (field level): sections 25–35.
• Main Level and Bleachers (100s): sections 127–132.
• Terrace Club (200s): sections 224–236.
• View Level (300s): sections 328–332.

Landmarks

• Mariners (home) dugout: first-base side, fronted by sections 121–124.
• Visiting dugout: third-base side, fronted by sections 136–139.
• Both bullpens sit beyond the left-centre field fence, under the bleachers.
• Netting: a 27-foot net arc covers roughly sections 126–134.
• The roof covers but does not enclose. It keeps rain off the seats but the park stays open at the sides, so it does not become an indoor stadium the way Houston's or Texas's does.

How seat numbers work at this park

Every section page for this ballpark states the same rule: facing the field, seat 1 is on your right. Combined with the direction the section numbers run, that resolves to one rule for the whole park:

Seat 1 sits on the edge of the section facing the next LOWER section number, and seat numbers count up toward the next HIGHER section number.

So a single rule of thumb will not cover the whole park. Each section entry below spells out which end of its row seat 1 is on.

Rows

Rows are numbers on every level. What catches people out here is that many infield sections do not start at row 1 — they start at row 5, 9, 17 or even 23, because the rows in front belong to a different priced block. Section 108, for instance, is labelled rows 23 to 41.

Accessibility landmarks

Accessible and companion seating is spread across the levels. No section-level wheelchair inventory is published.

• Ramps at section 114 in right field and section 143 in left field
• Roof coverage keeps rain off but the park is not enclosed

A complete section-and-row inventory of accessible seating was not available in text form when this was compiled, so the list above is a set of landmarks rather than a complete map. The ticket office can confirm specific seats.

Sources, confidence and caveats

Rows, entrance rows, zones and seat-numbering direction come from RateYourSeats section pages, one page fetched per section, with A View From My Seat as a fallback. Orientation, dugouts, bullpens, capacity and accessibility come from the team's own ballpark and disability access guides, cross-checked against independent ballpark guides. Every row of the section CSV carries its own confidence rating. Of 145 sections, 123 are high confidence, 18 medium and 4 low.

Known gaps

• No official capacity figure is published; sources range from 47,368 to 47,574.
• No section-level wheelchair seating list is published.
• A few sections publish self-contradictory row strings — 223, 227, 306, 308, 345 and 347 — and are recorded exactly as the source states them rather than tidied.
• Seats per row is unavailable for many sections.
