ClaudeSpeak
Have Claude Code read its replies through your screen reader.
A set of scripts and a Claude Code skill that make Claude Code speak each reply once, cleanly, as soon as it finishes. It can speak through JAWS or NVDA so replies use the voice, rate, and punctuation level you already configured, or through a separate Windows voice if you would rather Claude sound distinct. Thinking, tool calls, and tool output are never spoken, and you can control what happens to code blocks, tables, and URLs just by asking. It costs nothing in Claude usage — the text comes from the session transcript by way of a hook, so the model is never involved.
